E-commerce company to monitor revenue, order performance, seller contribution, and cancellation drivers. The solution provides a clear executive overview while enabling deep operational analysis to improve profitability and reduce churn.
A large e-commerce company generates high volumes of transactional data across cities, sellers, and product categories. However, decision-makers lacked a centralized view of revenue performance, cancellation rates, and seller efficiency. Without structured KPIs and visual clarity, identifying profit leakage and operational bottlenecks was complex and time-consuming.
I designed and developed a structured Power BI dashboard that consolidates and models order-level data into a scalable analytical layer. Using DAX for KPI calculations and Power Query for transformation, I built an executive overview highlighting total revenue, cancellation rate, seller ranking, geographic performance, and key cancellation drivers, allowing both strategic and operational insights in one interface.

The dashboard enables leadership to instantly identify high-performing sellers, revenue concentration by city, and root causes of cancellations. By shifting from raw data reporting to insight-driven analytics, the company can optimize operations, reduce cancellation rates, and improve profitability.
